This webinar took place on Monday 11 May 2020.
This webinar introduces four simple and effective practices to increase mental resilience and keep ourselves connected to a sense of wellbeing during these times of disruption and uncertainty about what the future holds.
The performing arts sector – like others - has been severely impacted by measures to protect all of us from Covid-19. During these times of uncertainty us human beings can find great solace and courage in self-compassion, hopefulness, feeling cared for and connected to our communities of belonging.
The more we lean-in to resilience as a shared resource, the more we add our support to the development of a resilient whole system – our workplaces, families, wider society.
At the end of the webinar there will be time for questions and comments so we can to build this shared resource and share it with others.
This webinar is an invitation to consciously reflect upon what works for you; what might you do differently and where you can get help.
