The loss of employment, loved ones, freedom, and control, causing high levels of anxiety, depression, and fear of the unknown; testing even those of us who considered ourselves resilient in the past.
This workshop will explain how we can support ourselves and others and maintain a sense of wellbeing; learn how we can harness positivity; manage our emotions and remain hopeful, and creative during these challenging times.

Lillie is a Dramatherapist, Employment specialist, and trainer in the mental health field. She is a Director at Kush Creative Centre company which is a community interest company that delivers education, health, and wellbeing services using the creative arts. She provides individuals with the resources and support to manage and cope with stressful or traumatic life events. Lillie has facilitated this work in the form of workshops, training, groups, and 1-1. She has a strong professional interest in trauma and is a trauma-informed practitioner. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with various organisations such as the Criminal Justice System, Social Services, National Health Service, and the charity sector.
